The Enclave at Canopy Park is made possible through the collaboration of Archway Partners, Orange County government, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and additional financing partners and will bring 104 much-needed affordable housing units to Orange County. Specifically, twenty-one (21) units shall be set aside and rented only to those households whose household income does not exceed thirty percent (30%) AMI, eleven (11) units shall be set aside and rented only to those households whose household income does not exceed fifty percent (50%) AMI, forty-two (42) units shall be set aside and rented only to those households whose income does not exceed sixty percent (60%) AMI, twenty-nine (29) units shall be set aside and rented only to those households whose income does not exceed eighty percent (80%) AMI, the Project also includes one (1) non-revenue (exempt) unit for a courtesy officer. Additionally, residents will have access to social programs aimed at fostering upward socioeconomic mobility, including adult literacy, employment assistance, and financial management workshops.
