Willow Way Village is a 72-unit permanent supportive housing development under construction in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Archway Partners was selected by Non-Profit Bridgeway Center to be their development partner, tasked with bringing their vision for a stable, affordable housing community on their land to life. The property will be a mix of studio & one-bedroom units for households with an income level ranging from 22% to 60% of the Area Median Income.
